Patti’s dad retired from his military career after 50 years (30 active, 20 as a civilian) and settled in the PNW. She had the opportunity to visit, live and experience other cultures as a child.

After 25+ years in the Pacific Northwest, Patti calls Washington her home. “There are so many beautiful places and people that have blessed my family. I couldn’t imagine living any place else.”

Her first-born followed in Grandpa’s shoes and joined the military straight out of high school. Patti’s other daughter is married and the grandbaby is growing fast!!

Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?

A: I am very communicative! I never leave clients or other brokers hanging until the next day; I’m always just a text away. Clients should also know that I’m honest to a fault. Being born and raised on the East Coast, I am always a straight shooter!

Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?

A: I have directly sold homes everywhere from Chehalis to Snohomish, and Palouse to Shelton. I have also done a fair amount of cross-county referrals with my family and friends. I love being able to interview and ensure a competent and good fit, and I follow the transaction throughout the process—even if I can't directly serve the client.
